I tend to think about these kind of encounters thusly; you didnt know her before and she didnt know you. You have no attachment to her at all. Get right in there, make yourself noticable and unique. Any woman who is on tinder has a barrage of men messaging her, most of them just saying a variant of 'Hi' 'Hey' 'Whats up?' 'Wanna strawberry float?'. Respond to her with something she wont have seen before.

Based on her grammar in the example there, Id wager shes at least a little bit retarded, so anything intelligent will probably go way over her head - so there really is nothing to lose by responding to her in kind.
