Some Help please

Im trying to downgrade my firmware on my iphone for erm, reasons of my own.

I am running windows 7, have to download a program called recboot, which I have done, to force my phone out of recovery mode. When I do this I get an error message, after looking deeper into this seems I need to download another program called libusb. I have downloaded this ( I think) but there is no program file when I download it.

Is this right and can anyone suggest what Im doing wrong? I have also changed the compatability mode of recboot to xp mode, I cant do this with the libusb program as I cant find the program.
