The Arya storyline is quite interesting once she gets to Braavos

I expect that to be a popular episode this season. You're into the final stretch now Rog, Blood and Gold is truly spectacular.

And typically today I have loads to do and watch :fp:

Would love to see Tommen and the other children die too. No heirs left would be an interesting situation. Guessing Tywin would seize control.

Are there any other series that make you wish for the death of innocent children?

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if GRRM did actually have Tyrion executed. I doubt he was in with Littlefinger so having Tyrion executed for something he didn't do (after dodging the exact situation before) would be something GRRM would do to piss people off.If it happens then I swear Denster will be dead by the end of the day.

The beginning of possibly the finest piece of fiction Martin has done. From there till the end of the book is solid gold bullion.

I read that book in a day.

Viper/Mountain might actually be my favourite scene from Storm of Swords. I hope they get that right in the show.

It could be amazing because it's the animosity of Oberyn / shame of gregor and then his unrepentant candour and exultation in victory. Amazing scene.

I really hope they show Tyrion eating his breakfast beforehand.

Game of Thrones 4x01- LOL at the Winds of Winter preview chapter dialogue. Is GRRM's grand plan to get the book out before the TV show to release the chapters one week before the episodes air?

I'd gotten so far into the book yet the chapter I stopped on manages to be in the first episode of the new season  Guess they're cutting out all the meandering with Arya. Good idea but really shitty timing for me. Feel bad for the guy in the TV thread who said he wanted all the banter with the Hound.
Anyway this has taken a good turn. Ended for the night with Stannis offering Jon the north.

A lot of characters' plots have moved around, they moved RW way up for instance.

Well that is a fantastic book. So much happens you've got to wonder how they'll pack it all into the 9 episodes left.

Jon is now commander of the night's watch, Tyrion is a fugitive but still alive (Denster lives another day) and went badass on Shae and his father, Catelyn is still around ( :dread: ), Littlefinger is an evil genius and everything started with him getting Lysa to poison her husband to frame the Lannisters, Joffrey dies and it's revealed he sent the assassin and more and more. I can barely wrap my head around it all. Out of all the weddings only Tyrion and Sansa's goes off without a death.

I should warn you that Feast for Crows and Dance with Dragons are a major step down from SOS.

I think Robb's wedding was in SOS, so that one too.
