Same here. I knew the games I wanted ahead of time and they offered up nothing else. Shame.

Vita also didn't deliver any really big 3rd party games to make me say "wow". Still hyped for it, but come on.

It's looking like it will have Beyond Good and Evil 2 (hopefully as a release title if the statement of it being 'very far into development' is accurate). If you consider that naff or uninspired then you have no soul.

So,no Syphon Filter then,and where the bloody hell is Agent? This conference gets worse each year.

Not even a new trailer for Last Guardian,poor poor show Sony.

Rapidly-greying is Mediocre to Average at games :fp:

Brief summary added to the OP. Pretty dull showing, to be honest. The whole thing just seemed pretty half-hearted. Possibly an effect of the PSN outage being right in their prep period, or just the fact that they were also arranging such a huge after-event this year? Seems like there were obvious gaps in the show for Skyrim, Arkham City, The Last Guardian, Journey, Twisted Metal, and, well, PSN games full stop.

The Vita price was the only real megaton there.

Still better than Microsoft's conference, but not by the distance it should have been. Nintendo would have to do something pretty spectacular to not come out on top, because right now EA are the ones to beat.

My Internet went down just after the resistance trailer. Was pissed but after reading through the joystiq blog it seems like I had a lucky escape. Would have like to have seen the AT&T laughter though.

Barely any new PS3 games announced + no game other than Uncharted 3 I want to play + No GOW4 = Super meh Sony conference.

Nice price for the Vita though. Won't be buying it.

Also, there were 2 montages, and only 1 "only possible on".

I'll watch the montages tomorrow to try and count the games to see who won.

The main way it was better is not getting crapped on half as much in it's thread.

I think going first always means they're likely to attract the worst of that, that and being the one with least fans obviously.

Overall two conferences with plenty of good content but poor presentation.
