I tried Seath a moment ago but it's so boring having to sprint from Duke's Archive all the way to Seath every time I die. When the game appeared to glitch and I slipped off a walkway for no reason, that just killed it for me today. Might try again tomorrow.

My fire sword made them look like bitches. The game teaches you to play with caution, this is one of the areas were edging forward slowly is pretty important as you can be surrounded in a tight space very easily. I thought that area was pretty cool and I loved the end boss (or bosses) at the end. They looked so cool.

My quelaag fury sword gets then with two light hits and I was taking them on one by one until then, but the bastards swamped me through walls :x

Where are they? I obviously got lost and never found a boss. I cleared what I could find and then left, uuh I never want to go there again. :fp:

On NG+2 I cast Power Within and just waded in there 2 handing my Black Knight's Sword and spammed attacks healing whenever I got a chance. It wasn't pretty but it got the job done.

On first playthrough summoning Witch Beatrice helps but on subsequent NG+ and beyond games she goes into chocolate fireguard territory.

Just did it on my second try :datass:

Just had my Havel gear on, got in close and spammed my light quelaag sword attack until one went down, then healed before running to the next one. Only really tried it because I was seeing if I could rush to the fog gate, unexpectedly made it so gave it a go.

You lower the water level, from what I remember. There's a connecting path to Valley of the Drakes right at the back of New Londo Ruins. Four Kings are near there I think. But you need an item to access the boss fight.

Ad7 is pretty much mirroring how I played the game. I ditched Havel's set after that fight.

I've been using the gold banded black set for a while now, love the speed but keep forgetting it's not that strong.

Go buy Smough's armor from the guy under the aquaduct at Firelink Shrine. Lighter than Havel's but defence is about the same.

Let Nito come to you. Stay near where the fight starts otherwise you have to compete with a tonne of respawning skeletons including giant ones IIRC.

Got Nito on my third go :D

He got stuck in a loop of doing his big magic attack which killed all the skellies each time leaving him open to quelaag. Used nearly all my flasks though.

Not sure where to go next, I've done all the areas I know are available...
