My bad, it's not a ladder it's a lift dunno why I said ladder :fp: past the mimic chest with the lightning spear... just make sure to get off the lift as soon as it reaches the floor above :dread:. Then you go up a couple of flights of stairs and you're at the boulder switch room.

I'm going to guess then that Anor Londo is a very easy part of the game and I've got nothing to worry about..... Right?

Actually not really had any problems so far. Worked my way to the second Gargoyle fight in front of the huge cathedral and haven't died again so far. I assume it gets much harder though.

You'll know when it happens.

Anor Londo has one of the best boss fights in videogame history. A fact backed up by science.

It's good but I'd say that Manus and Artorias are better and more deserving of that title.

Agreed.

Anor Londo was a great area, the first truly hard boss fight of the game for me.

Ok, so hit a hard bit now.

Went up the stairs to the cathedral, killed the two giant knights, went through the gate to the right, down the stairs and killed the three flying demon guys. Then walked along the downward walkway, while some guy shoots at me and get to the square area with two more flying demon guys. Managed to take them out and walked up the long bridge to the building and the two archers.

I'm having trouble getting past the two archer guys. Only one of them attacks me when I get to the building, but the ledge is so narrow it's impossible to flank. That and he hits so hard that I lose loads of stamina and have nothing to hit back with.

Started a new run with a Sorcerer, never played one before, man its way harder than my other runs.

Using a rapier though which is a nice change of pace, bit annoying that I cant do a kick though.

If you haven't beaten the DLC wearing only the gold hemmed cloak, you're a pussy.

Gold Hemmed Cloak is one of the best pieces in the game.

Anyway, Ive rung both bells tonight, done asylum p2. That'll do for now. Sorcery becomes a lot better once you get the guy from lower burg so you can have some more powerful spells.

Still, Depths never fails to terrify the strawberry float out of me. I hate that place. The worst bit is even after you do it all, you then have to go into Blight Town and deal with all that stress. Cant hack it.
