PASBR looks a lot better in this cobbled-together live demo than it did in the conference.

I watched this, it was okay. Don't know why some of you are complaining, the last of us looks great.

Definitely not...

Seems like it'll either be a PS3 game or get dumped to me.

Just watched the whole thing, a pretty decent conference from a PS3 perspective, but I think Sony really should have come out swinging for the Vita. There was very little on show for their hand held, even if they'd just showed the games we know are in existence it would have been better. Perhaps they'll have a few surprises at TGS, I bloody hope so.

The only other disappointments for me was the lack of any new info on the Last Guardian and no news on Agent; the latter is clearly dead, I just hope they can get the former off life support and into retail. :(

Donations welcome, please PM me to prevent unwarranted mule kicking.

Back the strawberry float up, there's gameplay footage? As in, parts where someone is playing it? Need to see this gooseberry fool with my own eyes.

Yoshida blamed Vita's sparse showing on Sony's attempt to cut the length of its press conference compared to previous years.

"I'm getting lots of tweets from people saying, 'where are PS Vita games?' That was, in retrospect, our fault - not looking at every angle when we designed the programme for the show. We have 25 new games, Vita titles, playable on the show floor.

"We could have spent more time - probably we should - showing off those games coming out this year.

Source.
We're cutting the length of our conference, so let's dedicate 20 minutes on Wonderbook.

Whoever thought that would have been a good idea should be fired. Preferably out of a cannon.

Also: no Vita price cut, but we knew that already when they revealed the white Vita in Japan for full price.
