If you can see the slot then itll unlock as you play. if you cant see it then it isnt there. ^^

It's to do with ranking up the weapon you're using. If you win a few times in a row you'll hit level 5 'freshness'. The first time you do that, you get a bonus. Same for 10 if you go on a big streak.

It's not permanent, it's a measure of your win streak with that weapon. It's the big green arrow on the Turf War lobby that says something like 'Dry' or 'Raw' or 'Fresh'.

This is bloody amazing!

Been battering single player and it's fun. But online is subline, Salmon Run is the best online thing I have ever played. Turf wars is so relaxing and enjoyable.

It all looks beautiful and the feel is perfect. It's a genuinely unique and awesome game.

It's so well balanced too.

Also Sainsburys is selling Amibos for 10 each including the two new Splatoon ones.

I've had 2 but those were because I was playing in handheld mode and accidentally hit the standby button instead of lowering the volume :fp:

Buy yourself a USB Lan adapter and play via a wired connection.
