Just playing gives you loads of money. I've bought about 5 bits of 10k+ clothing on the app since release and I still have 20k in the bank.

I've not played much at all, but after buying all the weapons at level 4, when I hit level 5 I didn't have enough money to buy any of the weapons.

I'll try jumping on for half an hour or so, see how I can handle the joycon issue.
Think the OP needs updating with Voice chat details though, so I won't be on that.
