Their post launch support for this has been pretty exemplary, though the increased stage count does make the rotation system sting a bit. At least it's only two hours this time as opposed to four on Wii U

it does seem like i rarely get to play my favorite stage, but i get the feeling that if was a voting system like in past mario karts wed all end on the one stage all the time

Aye very true, and to be fair I like the rotation system in other ways; it's a good way to familiarise yourself with layouts.

Still, I think they've got enough levels that they could bump it up to three per rotation. Also has me curious as to the future of the splatfest's shifty stations; namely...erm, are we ever going to see those again?

Looking forward to adding these two amiibos to my Callie and Marie ones (if I can get hold of them of course!).

Assumingly they haven't been balanced for ranked (and some are too small anyway I think) but they could add Shifty Station to turf rotation, and when you get it, you get a random selection from a Splatfest each time.
