I've recently been playing Forza 1 with my brother and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any newer racing games, of the same calibre, with split screen play. They can be for the 360, PC or PS3.

I think the more appropriate question might be what racing games don't have split screen because just about all of them do.

DIRT 3
GRID 2
GT 5/6

All have split-screen modes.

Dirt 3 is brilliant in multiplayer if you're evenly matched as you can also have a strong grid of AI cars to tussle with.

F1 2013 has a split-screen if you're into Formula 1.

The Motorstorm franchise has split screen.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm going to pick up GRID 2 as I like something with city tracks, which also means that I'm veering away from Dirt and Motorstorm. I'll keep an eye on F1 as it's been a long time since we played an F1 game so that would be also be good to get. I was looking at GT 5 and 6 but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get either as cheaply as I can get GRID 2.

Gran turismo is really dull in multiplayer so I'd avoid that.

It's £6 at Green Man Gaming with a coupon so I'm going to get it there instead.
