Star Wars: The Clone Wars!!

Anyone seen this? is it worth going to see? I'm a fan of all the Star Wars film, but was never bothered about the cartoon clone wars series. However the trailers for this film make it look pretty good. So is it any good or is it aimed at kids?

The cartoon clone wars series are awesome! Watch them! But watch them in one go, then it's like 2 movies.

I do fancy seeing this at some point. The trailers look great, even though I never watched any of the cartoons.

All I know is it's getting some terrible reviews. Did Lucas have much to do with this one?

Apparently he personally oversaw the Truman Capote-esque Ziro the Hutt, who most people agree makes Jar Jar look like strawberry floating Shaft.

I'm looking forward to the TV show, but I'm not going to see this.

Me thinks Hexx liked it so much that he doesn't want anyone else to see it as he wants the theatre's all to himself.

I'll just get it on DVD.

Compared to the original cartoon series, the film isn't even close to its greatness. However, as a standalone Star Wars film, it did a damn sight better than Episodes 1 and 2!

The critics are saying it's quite bad, and from what i've seen of it, it looks very much like a children's film. Much more than the previous Star Wars films.

After all, the series this film is based on is shown on Cartoon Network.

Yup, especially since the CW cartoon series was made by the same team as Samurai Jack. Genndy Tartakovsky is a genius in my eyes! 8-)

My mate is a huge SW fan and he rarely syas anything bad about anything to do with the series and he says it was hideous. Gonna wait for DVD

Bang on with this! As much as I'm a Star Wars fan, there isn't that much of a draw for me to rush out and see this. Maybe DVD.....or *whispers* download.
