Siri, Cortana, Alexa and Google-chan are low tier compared to the one in the OP.

I don't know how to feel about this. I mean a free jab at Staydead is something I literally haven't been able to do in years but also I think this thing is kinda cool.

If I wasn't a thirsty fuckboy with aspirations to bring girls back to my tiny Tokyo apartment I'd probably consider buying one. I'd want to switch off the whole "please come home soon neee" texting feature though.

That is kind of cool, terrifying and slightly tragic all rolled into one package. Also the two grand price tag is eye watering.

Thankfully none of the Japanese girls I've dated over here have acted like that and spoke in that annoying tone.

Though on the other hand, none of them have ever warned me about heavy rain showers or got my apartment ready for my return, so it's possibly been a bit of a trade off. Debatable too, if the robotic one would actually end up costing me less.

The advantage of a cat is that owning one wouldn't mark you out as some sort of fruit loop. Buying a "virtual assistant" product without the ecosystem support services like Siri offer just because it offers a Holographic anime lady friend is creepy. Thats one of the reasons Microsoft's representation of Cortana inside Windows 10 and it's planned appearance in other devices is a simple blue circle and not the CG fuckdoll representation from the games.
