Did you not go to university? I'm not even trying to be funny or clever here; the cost factor makes up for literally 90% of what I'm going to choose to drink.

Twice. Drank guiness and decent lager.

Well it's alright for some, isn't it, you smug git. I have to live on a very tight budget.

Get a job you bum!

I worked two jobs totalling over 40 hours a week throughout uni, just so I could afford nice things, I also paid my own tuition fees because my parents earn loads so I didn't qualify for a big loan, but they chose not to share their massive wealth me. The strawberry floaters.

In fact, I think it was my parents earning a lot and me having a pampered upbringing that spurred me on to work for enough money to maintain that lifestyle when I was fending for myself.

I do have a job! I'll have two when this year starts up. I swear I don't really spend money on anything else (except a bit of gambling) and I seem to end up with nothing. I do tend to go out every night which always adds up; buying the cheapest beer I can find is just common sense! It's not like I want to savour the taste, I want it to go down as quickly as possible so that I can get onto the next one ;).

Do you smoke?

Stop trying to pick holes in his lifestyle for gods sake. Mind Crime can do what he wants with his money, and certainly drink what he wants. Not everyone wants to work 40hr weeks as well, I'm perfectly comfortable working 3 hours a week, being flat broke all the time but being able to do what I want when I want.

Having just enough money to go out, while always having the time.

Not a chance, mate.

I saw the 4% in Tesco yesterday and was bemused, I'm not sure I'd want to try it? As for Stella; Petermanns and Bock are lovely.

It could be worse for Mind Crime; at least he's not a drink snob.

God forbid anyone try and judge a person's taste on something that requires taste.

Who were you on GR? Were you on GR at all?

I know Chalky has a topic on name changes, but I'm trying to guess a few first.

Not at all who I guessed. I'm pretty poor at this guessing game.

Well at first I thought perhaps Skarjo, but then I wasn't sure. No one else in particular.

Anyone tried this yet? Does it taste better or worse than the standard Stella Artois (5.2% ABV)

In the interests of Science, and the wellbeing of the members of GRc I bought a 4-Pack of this.

It's strawberry floating minging, it's almost flat, bordering on tastless and quite watery.
Though I have been drinking Peroni for the last few days (and shall be moving onto in a second with great enthusiasm!) and that is sharp, strong and crisp in comparison.
