My poorly articulated first impressions, mixed with my Fighting game non-skills resulted in this video.

Long and the short of it... I like Rashid.

Leaks are out that this will launch in February, and that Dhalsim is the next character to be revealed

I didnt think it would be launched before March, but to be fair what they have at the moment is pretty solid, so I am looking forward to it all. (Even if I am awful)

I hoping they announce a proper story mode soon.

Yeah I'm really curious as to what the single player content is like.

Details on Fight Money

You already knew that playing matches in Street Fighter 5 would earn you Fight Money, but Capcom has provided a few more details on it for those who haven’t played the betas.

According to Capcom community manager Matthew Edwards, the purpose of Fight Money is to reward players over time.

Details in terms of pricing and accumulation rates are still being “ironed out” but leveling up characters is one way to earn Fight Money.

Completing Daily Challenges will also earn players the in-game currency, and the challenges range from winning three matches in a row to landing 10 Screw Pile Drivers with Zangief.

Players can also earn money through “a plethora of online and offline modes.”

Fight Money can be used to purchase characters in the 2016 Season. Six characters which can be purchased using the currency will be announced at a later date. Adding these in, this brings the roster total to 22 fighters by the beginning of 2017.

The characters will be released individually and will be spaced out throughout the year after the core game launch.

Well, there goes any chance of there being a decent story mode if this is anything to go by.

Beta woes?? They made a mess of Beta at first, but they fixed it all, I only tried the 2nd Beta and that was flawless, too flawless, I kept getting matches when I wanted a chance to learn the Characters. Looking forward to the 3rd Beta hope it is not too far away.

I'm so hyped for this game. can we get a lobby going at launch? maybe have Friday fight nights? =D

as long as it gets good reviews i'll be picking this up. I havent played much street fighter in ages but i'm looking forward to it.

Makes me grateful for this place and it's relatively fanboy free enviroment. We have a couple but we're not exactly overrun with them.

So we this weekend has the SFV beta on PS4 and PC. Apparently exisiting people in the Beta are being given codes to share, if anyone has a spare PS4 code I would love to try it on my PS4, I do have a spare Steam invite available

I too would like a code if theres any floating around.

Looks like a load of PSN codes have just been emailed out, so if you signed up good chance you have one now

Is this actually working? Tried yesterday and it just kept giving me Server error messages over and over.
