I only played the first 2 games, did SoR 3 retain the smart bomb? Would love to see a return of it in this.

I have a soft spot for Streets of Rage (1) as it was what I played with my brother all the time as a kid. I also preferred the special attack from 1 over the health-draining combo from 2 which I never ended up using. Never played much of 3, might have to check it out and remind myself. Seem to remember just being swarmed with enemies from the get-go.

Skate was great fun to play as, he's also really different from the other characters.

If by different you mean weak as strawberry float with a jump that went far too high so you could get uppercut out of the sky, then sure.

Hope EGX Rezzed gets a playable demo for April.

Have they announced any new characters? Just having Axel and Blaze would be a bit boring.

Still not a fan of the art style and it sounds like they've strawberry floated up the soundtrack as well.

I'm not sure about the art style either and I'm fairly sure Blaze's tits weren't quite as large in the original games.

Yeah, that's some real bad character design on Blaze and the dominatrix enemies. And what the strawberry float was that music?
