Seriously, strawberry float off with this gooseberry fool. :x

Anyone else got someone harping on about this? I'm guessing as with most tripe fad stuff like this that it's origin can be traced to facebook.

Got someone on their high horse now judging everything everyone is eating because," IM ON SUGAR FREE FEBRUARY". Yes, yes we know, we heard you the other 20 times today when you mentioned it.

Is this actually in your office?

Nothing here but people are talking an awful lot about weight watcher sins or something of that ilk.

They can strawberry float the strawberry float off.
Like strawberry float am I going sugar free for a day.
I'm so angry I'm going on a strawberry floating strawberry float fest here with as many strawberry floats as I can reasonably fit into a single strawberry floating post.

Constantly tell them you're doing Sugar Feast February and eat chocolate etc around them.

Oh, and make sure you offer them some too.

Go big or go home with Massive Cake Friday!
This may end up costing quite a bit though as you gradually build up cake size to a truly awesome £100 artisanal super cake.

Can't say I've heard of this being a...thing.

But I used to work in an office full of women who were on Weight Watchers. Their constant analysis of everything they ate - which I'm sure was far more than what somebody on Weight Watchers should be consuming - and calculating how many points each element was worth and the required work that would have to be done that evening to cancel it out, got incredibly tiresome.

One current colleague is only drinking on weekends now, as oppose to every night of the week. You'd think the world was coming to an end with the constant moaning. :dread: :fp:

We just have two managers spending half their day making fish in the microwave.

Doesn't matter though. Theyve done this fad diet every few months and it never cures them. They always fall into the next in thing the same size they were before.

Fad diets are stupid and don't work. This one doesn't even sound that healthy, no milk and fruit for a month then?

I would guess this is no refined sugar. If you gave up sugars in every form I think that would basically disqualify most foods as anything with starch would qualify as a complex sugar.

Do carrots have sugar? Because I could totally live on carrots.

Carrots are a bit communist if you ask me.
They're also overly phallic.
