Launched in 2020, Summer Game Fest is a forward-looking celebration of upcoming video games, available as a free digital and livestream experience to fans around the world. This year's SGF will be anchored by our flagship event on Friday, June 7 from YouTube Theater in LA, followed by Day of the Devs.

I don’t really like Geoff events anyway, but all these events for this entire generation have been underwhelming for me. I kept thinking oh this year will be the one it all comes together, but I might have finally hit the point of not even bothering to watch any of them. It sounds ridiculous, but we’re sort of at the point where any studio can seemingly only do one game a generation and everything has to be spread out because of that.
