Maybe it plays better than it looks but I'm not really digging it from the little gameplay footage they have shown. Agree with the Infamous crossed with Crackdown comparisons.

Hmm if that city in background is actually the size of place then I'm impressed.

Looks really good, like a mix of pre-dudebro Dead Rising and Crackdown. If they nail the traversal stuff and it plays more like Crackdown than Infamous then I'll be all over this. Need to hear more about the multiplayer too.

It's quite a looker too, very bold and brash. Love that the explosion spelt out the word BOOM. It's like they've just gone mental and its all the better for it.

Help me out: what do the pink baddies remind me of?! It was a collectible toy from the early 90s (ish) - little rubber monsters. I want to say Monster in my Pocket, but I think they were colourful. :slol:

The slow grinding really doesn't have the feel from the inital trailer, needs to be twice as fast, it all looks too slow for my liking. Beautiful art style though, can't knock that at all.

They need to balance grind speed with being able to shoot properly at the same time. Max speed is 28 Km p/h.

After all the leaks a proper video is coming out shortly.

I figured the speed is for balance, would be pretty mental to try shoot without going slower though I'm sure skilled players could do it with ease. It just doesn't look very fluid at the moment, I think I expected more after that flashy trailer.

I really want to like this one though, it does look good.

Gameplay wise it looks like a mix of Dead Rising, Crackdown and a bit of Jet Set Radio thrown in there. It looks like a lot of fun from that gameplay video though and graphically it's looking good. I'm hoping this city has a decent variety of environments to it. It looks like it would be pretty fun in co-op. Hopefully it comes out this year and doesn't get delayed till next year :dread:

Anyone know how long Insomniac have been working on this for?
