We should get Nintendo to do Wario theme of Switch console itself to make TWA buy it :shifty:

I'm on break from this at the moment (Xenoblade Chronicles is eating my time) but I plan to come back, I saw that I've been putting in 45 hours

Finally finished Fire Emblem Echoes, so I've been able to dig into this a little more. Not a fan at all of Metro Kingdom or New Donk City, or whatever it's called. With the exception of the festival finale, that was so good. I decided to go to the Seaside Kingdom next, and it was such a breath of familiar air. A complete joy. Possessing those octopus things in bubbles was so much fun. I could happily play a whole game with that as the primary mechanic. The boss was fun too. Eventually made my way to the Snow Kingdom, and the old dude in charge of the races is so adorable... ugh this game man. :o Around 175 Moons so far. Loving it. Only 10 hours in, hopefully should double it in the next week, and be close to a jumping off point for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 by the 1st of December.

I had a go at the skipping game earlier, 94 jumps on my first go.

Spent the next TWO HOURS trying to crack 100 and the highest I got again was 75 :fp:

dark and darker side finished, but I can't jumps strawberry floating rope 100 times.

I'm really not sure I like the Luncheon Kingdom. After two relatively joyous, relaxing Kingdoms my heart is in my mouth a little too many times at the moment. The musical notes on that Sunshine-like level took me forever to figure out how to get...and when I figured it out I felt so stupid.

Do you have to beat all four in one go? I beat two, went to get a +3 heart, came back and had to start again.

Yes. And there's a fifth at the end.

You can warp back to the Odyessy between battles if you want to refill your hearts and cheese it.

Or just keep using a Peach Amiibo to get 6 hearts as many times as needed

I think my biggest gripe is that the game really doesn’t feel like one big adventure because of the balloon hopping and probably the worst ending in mario history.

The music is also a bit crap.

The ending and music are both wonderful.

In my opinion, the biggest issue it has are too many repetitive power moons.

Was anyone else quite surprised that there wasn't some sort of Haunted Kingdom and there's no Boos in the game at all? :(

Yeah. I thought there might be a boo in an area of the Kingdom you get unlock at the end but alas it appears not.

If they're gonna do DLC this will surely be a part of it. Fingers crossed.

In my opinion it's because Next Level Games have Luigi's Mansion 3 in the pipeline for next year. I mean there's no Luigi either...

Oh gooseberry fool! You are right. That's a really good theory, I totally forgot that was happening.

I think I've said this on here before but 2 sold over 5million copies on the 3DS. I just can't see Nintendo not following up on that.

If it does happen, interesting to see if they explore the controls with the joycons and HD rumble at all.
