Super SFIV - Fan Reward??

I can recall when SSFIV was announced that the producers (Capcom) assured us that aswell as the game being at a budget price, fans who purchased SFIV would receive some kind of reward or bonus...has this materialised? Or was it a case of verbal gooseberry fools?

You get some additional 'filters' you can apply to the game whilst playing, giving it more of a washed out 'watercolour' look or something else.

I seem to recall them, or something like them, being on the PC release of SF IV.

You get two extra colours, 11 and 12. One is an ink style filter as seen in the PC version of SF4 and the other is a cross hatch pencil effect.
