The whole concept of Smash on 3DS is a little beguiling. What is there to offer in terms of a single player?

You dont think SFIV's visuals suited it? I still think it looks good today. Really smooth, striking and clear.

As for Smash, I plowed loads of hours into Melee's single player, but grew a bit fatigued by Brawl.

Saying that, with it's Quest and Adventure modes, as well as the Event Matches, Smash Bros has always been more accommodating than most fighters for solo play.

"I get a lot of new character requests from around the world and there are quite an array of Nintendo characters but I can say pretty much no one imagined this character would join the battle."

The Wii Fit trainer could actually be a pretty interesting edition. It's certainly a character I wouldn't have thought of and it's better than just having a clone of someone else.

But isn't she just a generic clone of a character to start with?

The idea to have non-specific action figure would have been a lot better.

Doshin the strawberry floating giant would have been a better choice, even that Nintendo Land floating computer would have been a better fit than a white manikin.
