Single player is actually considerably vast - world of light is fairly fun and seemingly about 15 hours of content if not more I reckon, with fun RPG mechanics.

That said, I wouldn't get this if you don't have the opportunity to play multilayer in some capacity, be it off or online.

Anyone had to do the level with the wind and the water? I just get blown off as soon as it begins.

Only level I have yet to do (that I have attempted.) Best I did was staying still spamming b with Mii Swordfighter

Tricky.

I gave up and went to another level. Got a snorlax that reduces the wind. Looks like when you go up against some BS it's best to look around.

Ok, I’m going to put more time into this later but, with the sprit stuff

- Are they broken into 2 types, primary and support?

-Do the primary slots give you abilities and supports help to power them up?

- Do the snacks and stuff you find need to be fed to the spirits to power them up more as well?

Is that the general gist or am I wrong and looking at it the wrong way?

Just had a two hour session with WoL, where I got through the dungeon directly under Gleam. It’s rather more fun than I expected, though this may have been down to it just being my proper run at the game. The world is nice to pootle around and all the sprites are gorgeous while it doesn’t force you to think to much about all the Spirit nonsense. It’s a real shame there’s not more of a story as this mode would have been fantastic with one, to reward you with every couple of hours.

I'm up for some no-items 1v1s or 2v2s if anyone else is.

At the moment I've been enjoying playing as Ridley, Marth/Lucina, Chrom and Pikachu a bit more than others so far, but I haven't unlocked most of them yet. Bayo seems cool in this game too.

Classic mode is great in this game, and WoL is kind of cool too.

I think I've still got about 20 characters to go (most of those Fire Emblem nobodies that I don't care about) but I've got Ridley and Bayonetta who were the main ones I really wanted.

Does anyone know if there’s an easy way to make all music tracks equally as likely to play in My Music?

I’ve gone through two levels and put them all to Max but some of them have 89 options and That would take ages!

Thoroughly enjoying the Duck Hunt Duo in this, was wasting folks with them last night and this morning.

Man, took forever to unlock everyone, even with the shortcut. CPU's are terrifying. On top of that, the game hasn't fully "clicked" with me yet as I'm still fumbling around at times. Might look into getting a new controller since I'm using an old Smash 4 one too. Doesn't seem as responsive as it should be.

Yeah the CPUs are crazy sometimes. I think I heard Sakurai listened to some Japanese smash players in regards to improving them. They definitely move a lot better and edgeguard a lot better.

And in regards to responsiveness, have you tried changing stick sensitivity to high in the controls option menu? I only just did that since a lot of people were recommending it. Not sure how much of it a difference it'll make yet though.

Also looking forward to playing you sometime.

Yeah some are nigh on impossible when you first see em. I'd recommend chipping away elsewhere on the map and coming back with more power later.

Thanks Aaron. Had found ways to cheaply beat some of the tough ones up to now, including a boss fight, but have come unstuck versus Dr Wily (eight metal Mega Men) and Metal Gear Rex (two giant ROBs).

You may have gone a different way on the map to me (I took the marth path) as I've not seen either of them yet, and probably sunk 10 hours into it thus far!

Had my share of super difficult ones that I've had to cheese. Once you get more spirits it really opens up your options.

Amsa and a bunch of other top smash 4 players like Ranai and Earth were involved. Their names were found in the credits before it was officially announced on their twitter which is cool as heck.

I've already got it set to high. I think it's mostly getting the hang of the overall movement since my head is still in smash 4 mode. Looking forward to some games too. It's been too long lol. Need to get a Lan Adapter first tho >,>
