PostSyncing iPhone with a non-default library

I have all my music on my PC iTunes library so naturally I have my iPhone synced with that. I was wondering if there's a way I could sync it with my Mac iTunes library so I can just copy a few songs over? So is there any Mac programs that let you do this without having to format completely?

Just select move tunes manual under your Ipod in Itunes.
