I think the only *plain* shirts I've got are like undershirts. The rest are like graphic tees like qwertee or patterned ones. As long as it's not a football shirt or #nsfw then anything should go, really.

I had a job interview over Skype last week and when the interviewers appeared on screen my instant reaction was, "Oh thank God, T-shirts!".

I got the job.

Currently wearing an Autobahn t-shirt. I look so cool. :datass:

Big 'T' or little 't'? :?

...or 'tee'?

That feeling of relief when you interview somewhere and see casual clothes is something I wish I could bottle. The one company I worked at with a strict dress code was easily the worst working experience of my life.

For the last few weeks we have been operating a dress down due to the hot weather (usually it is only on Fridays).

The office hasn’t collapsed due to casual clothes and so I am hoping they will keep it going.

Personally I prefer plain t-shirts or t-shirts with small logos on.

This, pretty much. I went through a logo t-shirt phase in my early 20s, Last Exit to Nowhere Nostromo getup, Threadless Ghetto Blaster Astronaut shirt as well as the obligatory gig shirts etc etc. It sounds patronising, but I grew out of it when I discovered plain t-shirts just...looked better.

These days it mystifies me when I see people spending £30 on a t-shirt covered in D-Va iconography, but that's up to them.

Mostly plain, nice fitting t-shirts. Easy to dress up or down. I used to wear a lot of t-shirts with graphics all over them when I was in my teens/early 20's.

Man, no wonder men's fashion is so boring if everyone's like "plain shirts look better". Does everyone just wear a white button up when it comes to dressing up, too? Maybe a floral tie if we're feeling really ambitious(!) ;)

Ted Baker do some lush patterned tees. You just need to shop at the right places.

I sell shirts with big logos and what not emblazoned across them so I'm a full supporter of that type of tshirt

I'm all about graphic t-shirts. Currently wearing a splatoon tee.

I don't usually like designs that are obvious though or have the name displayed, I like more subtle designs where people have to know the subject to recognise it.

Also black t-shirts are a crime. White t-shirts are normally the best. It's super annoying that the majority of band shirts are black.

I have a lot of Marvel shirts and some of more subtle Qwertee ones. I like a shirt with a nerd design on, they're fun and a nice talking point if someone shares an interest. Women clothes have been a bit better about having some designs recently, but I don't mind buying mens.

If I like it I'll wear it, doesn't matter what's on it

I wear plain v-necks pretty much exclusively.

What you mean something like this but on a shirt?

First one is a morphball entirely of my own design, the latter one is obviously authentic (I did it from scratch not a gooseberry fool job from the internet). They're in Tennessee.

Also thanks for this thread as I can actually pretend I'm doing work reading it

Your design is nice, but I prefer the latter. I just think it's a really great logo, but I've never been able to find it on a t-shirt, at least not in a form that looks good to me. It's frustrating, because when I do find a Metroid shirt, virtually every design is awful.

They're all good, a block colour and jeans works for a casual night out.

I like a decent band/graphic t shirt too. The main thing with printed shirts are quality though. Cheap printed shirts look way more dodgy than cheap plain shirts.

They have one that's pretty much exactly like that on a black shirt on the Nintendo store, but I think you can only buy it with Samus Returns, so it'd be a lot to fork out if you already have the game or don't want it.

I already have the game, and that's too small a size for me anyway. Plus, the logo looks stretched and it's too big.

I'm fussy. :shifty:

Hah, well all of those are valid reasons to not want a shirt. Nothing wrong with being fussy. There are probably other places you can get the same design, hopefully you can find one you like some time.

I feel like it shouldn't be a big ask, it's just a small logo shirt I'm after. Nintendo has enough logos in its portfolio to do a yuge line of shirts with if it wanted to.

I don't think I'd ever ever ever buy a wrestling shirt but I always thought it was tacky as strawberry float that every single WWE shirt always had printing on the back as well as front. Example:

I like all 3! Just depends on what mood I am in and what I am going to do when wearing it.

Regarding the ones with images on...I like to collect Hard Rock Cafe ones when I'm visiting a city that I like.

But most importantly they must fit well. Then again sometimes I like to wear a slightly baggy t shirt. Depends on the style of the t shirt.

Currently wear an XS size All Saints tee.

I've just got various band tops that I wear more or less on rotation. It's not the most inspired fashion statement, but they're easy and generally have great designs.
