I don't wash my mug at all, maybe the odd rinse.

I have my tea as it should be had (black) so I figure as there is no milk there are fewer bacteria and the hot water kills of stuff from the air.

Been doing it for years and not died so I figure that is theory proven.

What the strawberry float are you doing to a mug that requires a dishwasher.
It takes 30 seconds, some hot water and a 2mm drop of washing up liquid.

But no. You put it in a dishwasher, using an hour's worth of electricity in order to rinse the residual tea from the bottom.

I put them in the dishwasher because that's what it's for.

There's a dishwasher at work, everyone fills it with plates/mugs so it goes on each evening and everything gets washed.

The dishwasher would still go on even if I didn't use it.

I hate those purely because you can't dishwash them.

It's a hard life when you can't put something in the dishwasher.

It's probably just because i have dishwasher envy, having never owned one.
I'd love one...

We used to have one but it broke. The wife actually enjoys washing up finds it relaxing because she is odd, so the dishwasher has been replaced by a tumble dryer, which has proved massively useful over winter with all the washing the baby makes!

I have a tumble drier in the airing cupboard upstairs.

Can't fit a washing machine in the kitchen :( (Maybe a pint sized one but I've not really looked)

We have the same. Some people just chuck stuff in there with half of the lunch still on the plate. :dread: :fp:

I have a dishwasher at home but don't use it. Washing up takes minutes and uses less water (probably).

Not sure where to put this, so...

Ex-Team Sky rider says he secretly injected vitamins

Can't get it working as I'm on my phone and so it might be on the main BBC Sport page, but the picture accompanying this article is absolutely perfect.

There's a guy here really in to his cycling. Now belive it or not, I'm not one to mock people for something just because it don't do it, be he never ever shuts up about it. Any conversation no matter the subject always ends up as bikes and time trial, Strava etc etc. So I take great pleasure when articles like this come out in saying how they're all on drugs, and how cycling is basically pay to win. Oh and I like to point out Tom Daley is my favourite cyclist.

There was some guy who worked at our office, in my old department, and he was a proper annoying bellend. Loud, obnoxious, messy, rude. For a while he had this scooter that he would insist on parking in the best car spaces in the car park, and not the bike rank like everyone else. Typical scouser.

He got laid off a few months back, along with the rest of the department.

Well apparently he had some operation for his achiles a few weeks back. Last night he was at the top of the stairs and story goes it snapped, causing him to fall straight down. He broke his neck and died, 27. His dad still works here so people are obviously being sad and this and that. Still, bad for his ma and da (I think his ma found him), but christ he was a bell.
