As an active member of an online community dedicated to discussing video games, I am always grateful for groups like Eddie Stobart spotters for giving me a slight sense of superiority.

So... the wasps are not eradicated. I'd thought I'd got rid of them but two wasps have just flown into the nest .

I'm not gonna be around at dusk for the next three evenings so I'm gonna have to do a daytime foam spray. Will get kitted out and do the job this afternoon; the usual "quick spray and exit like lightning" approach. Strawberry-floatin' wasps .

Probably a search and rescue team. Make sure they don't leave the nest alive or they'll come back in higher numbers.

Just make a bonfire in the living room and burn the house down, problem solved.

Sounds like you have only made them evolve. The strongest wasps are the only ones left, they will breed stronger offspring and within just a few weeks will have the numbers to smash through your walls and take over the flat properly.

Get out now Jawa, the super wasps are coming.

Spraying the nest is working if the amount of wasps going in and out of the nest has noticeably reduced. All he has to do is keep spraying the nest for a few more days.

It might be working in the sense that the wasps are dying off, but he almost kills himself every time he does it.

Another few days of this and Jawa is bound to be overcome with the fumes, fall out of the window and end up making a ridiculous amount of noise for his poor neighbours.

Poor Jawa, he is bound to get a box of glitter from his Secret Santa this year.

I can see this wasp eradication story ending up in a confused state of angry wasps, glittered neighbours, poisonous fumes, stung jawas and significant window damage.

Totes worth it!
