Gay bar just down the road is there?

If by gay bar you mind Grindr and by down the road you mean on my phone then yes.

Most read story on BBC News yesterday was about travellers that had broken into a secondary school and set up camp. They must have known that I was a student there in my youth and wanted to pay tribute.

Gypos are a big problem in Crawley, often see them roaming around looking for a plot :dread:

It's also a problem down here too (i.e. nearer the coast). It seems to happen a few times each year with several burglaries reported in a small radius nearby to where they've pitched up and a huge mess is left behind once they scarper. This has led to the local councils starting to put up bollards to prevent them pitching up in illegal areas and communities rallying together in shows of tribalism to oust them.

This one always sticks in the memory: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/earth/c ... llers.html

The veterans of the battle of Nepcote Green remain defiant over their swift response, convinced it prevented the travellers settling in for a long stay.
During the siege a guard duty rota was drawn up and people stepped into each other’s positions when they had to leave to run errands. Such was the mood of light-hearted, but determined cooperation, that flasks of tea were shared, bottles of beer cracked open and the local butcher donated burgers for a barbecue.

As we live about 500 metres away from Pippas wedding today, we got sent some Wristbands to get closer to the church than most of the common scum.
I can't go as I'm at work, but if you see some bird looking scruffy with a toddler, that's my missus and boy!

I hate work but I think I'd go in on a weekend if a bloody wedding like that was happening near me. :dread:

I thought it was Harry's much better looking girlfriend? I thought it was a wind-up when I saw it last night. A front page story that effectively equated to 'Woman goes to gym; has arse'.

Just found out that KFC now delivers in London...because my neighbour has just had one delivered. And then a Domino's turned up 10 minutes later for somebody else. And now a Papa Johns across the road. I don't usually sit in the front room during the day so I'm not sure if all these takeaways are a common occurrence.

What happened to a good old Sunday roast!
