Half an hour walk isn't so bad. But half an hour in the rain/snow/wind etc isn't good. Gonna need changes of clothes most of the time. He could cycle it in 10 minutes though, but he'll still get wet. Does he have to wear a shirt and tie? Are there showers at work?

My neighbours have been shouting and screaming at each other for the past twenty minutes. Regular as clockwork... it’s always on a Friday or Saturday night. Sitting in my living room I can hear him yelling eff this and eff that.

Thankfully it seems to be dying out now. It certainly gives you an appreciation for quiet times.
