Why did you wait outside the bus and berate him? He was probably quiet because he thought you were going to punch him.

Because his behaviour was appalling and I was not happy about. I was well within my rights to speak to him about it. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Denster wrote:So, I caught the bus into town before. The bus pulls into the station and stops at a point where all the passengers know to get off. I'm sat at the back and ive got a couple of large carrier bags. As i get halfway down the aisle the driver closes the doors and sets off again. Only to pull over another 60 yards further on at a point where drivers park up and leave their vehicles. I say "excuse me mate - can you let me off?"
He then proceeds to berate me at quite a high volume and states why are you still on? You should have got off with everyone else and so on. Stating that he needs the toilet and I'm holding him up.
I apologised for the inconvenience and asked him to let me off. He refused to let me off there (as it wasn't a recognised stop - despite having let people out at traffic lights previously) and proceeds to carry on haranguing me in a verbally aggressive fashion whilst driving all the way round the station back to the original alighting point.
I again apologised for the inconvenience but also pointed out that his behaviour and attitude was very discourteous, rude and unprofessional and that i did not appreciate being spoken to in that fashion as paying customer. He just waved me away dismissively.

I then went and reported it to the station manager. Incredibly rude banana split!
