I've just found out that Lee Mack's "Not Going Out" is still going with brand new episodes.
It's just that they're married with kids now.

Today one of our learning disability patients asked me to get him some deodorant from the locker. I accidently gave him shaving foam. Whoopsie.

Was it at least scented shaving foam?

I'd walked away and heard him screaming my name and several expletives. Came back to see him raging with frothy pits bursting out his t-shirt.

Cue lots of apologies. We tried to hide our laughter because he was clearly distressed by it, but it was so strawberry floating ridiculous and an honest mistake that we couldn't help it. He brightened up later and will no doubt double check everything I do today. But I'll let him because he's my favourite.

Sure enough he followed the nurse right into the cupboard today to pick his own out this morning. She was kinda confused at him being adamant in getting it himself but she understood once is explained yesterday's disaster.

Good thing I'm on Three and have Feel at Home.
Turns out I used £2,032 worth of data whilst in New York for 5 days.

All I did was a bit of web browsing and Google Maps, I was using WiFi wherever I could like at the hotel and in restaurants and all background data was turned off.

Two grand worth of data, Laga?!? You don't have to pay that, right?

A lot of people seem to make this mistake when travelling and using roaming; what you're supposed to do (either contract or payg) is change the tariff beforehand (outside of the EU). On O2 for example, it's easily done on the website.

Cards are another one. If you're not careful you can start racking up the currency charges like crazy. I've used Virgin Money Prepaid Mastercards in the past, which have been great. No application fee, interest charges, or transaction fees, and cash withdrawals worked out cheaper as well. And you don't run the risk of the credit card or bank blocking your card on holiday.

No, I have Feel at Home with three and the USA is a Feel at Home destination. They send you a text when you get back telling you how much money you saved by having that which is how I knew. If it hadn't been a Feel at Home country I would have just turned data off completely.

I got a message saying it was £7.50 a mb so turned it off for the duration.

I went round Atlanta by myself yesterday and felt right on edge, not sure if partly because I've not slept properly in days but predominantly due to so many rundown areas. I've been to right shitholes before but not sure I've been so para before, even some areas of downtown and in the middle of the day i was surrounded by homeless folk who you suspect carry firearms while at times practising quite aggressive begging. Seemed very third world at points was pretty shocked seeing it in person, outrageous when you consider the ostentatious wealth alongside it. Letting thier poor population down massively. Saw massive rats and signs on the waffle shop saying they operate a no guns policy. 'merica
