I have met Gordon Banks in my old school and I shook his right hand which he saved from Pele's header. I've also seen Phil Taylor in my local fish n chips shop, I was waiting in the queue and he approached inside. Waiting in the queue for ordering the food.

When I was younger I did meet Michelle Marsh, Sophie Howard, Lucy Pinder, Jakki Degg, Lindsey Dawn McKenzie and Victoria Silvstedt. Got their autographs and photos.

Footballers - a lot of them I witnessed on the pitch though.

Personally I met the entire cast of Red Dwarf at a convention. Lovely guys one and all.

I also sold Nicola Sturgeon socks and a couple of other bits and pieces when I worked in Next in Glasgow. This was when she was the Health Secretary (Or education, I'm not sure).

Also a few Rangers and Celtic players that would come in. Barry Ferguson bought Union Jack socks.

Is Bazza as thick as he seems? I remember watching us play Newcastle once - he spat in his own face and broke his leg within about ten minutes of each other. Buggered off back to Rangers shortly thereafter.

I do remember him sounding like he'd be just as happy sitting in a park, drinking buckfast as he is playing football. Not the sharpest tool in the box.

I got offered a promotion today that I'm so unqualified for I didn't know how to react. The CEO apparently wants me to be project manager of an entire new line of the business, basically running this company within a company. My only thoughts were "Why are you offering this to me?".

Sorry I'm late to the celebrity party.
But my crowning achievement was when Keith Chegwin came into Andertons to buy new recording equipment for his home studio (for all the voice over work he does, apparently)

BEHOLD!

Oh and Doug Aldrich - fantastic, amazing guitarist and so so so down to earth.
After this photo was taken he asked our recommendation of what to order from the menu and he bought us a beer.

I always find it so odd seeing what people from here look like. For some reason I always imagine spotty freaks, and then people end up being totally normal.

And then I see Lewis...

I've submitted feedback to the hospital for their services over the last ten months. I've praised where it's due and raised concerns in key areas where they've been poor. I've requested a follow up from their Patients advocacy service.

It's not about getting people in trouble but it is about saying this is not acceptable and what are you going to do about it.

Went to the REME museum today for the first time and my grandad has his own display there. The display has replicas of his medals, a nice photo and the short film made about him playing. Massive feels when he was on screen talking :(

Seeing other people stood there watching it after us was great, so proud
