Somehow not The Day Today.

"I had to go to Burger King", said like it's literally a last resort.

I get it is annoying if the place you want to eat at doesn’t have any food, but is it really that big a deal? It’s not like we have a shortage of fried chicken shops in this country.

Imagine not being able to get that sweet KFC and instead having to step into the working class gutter and buy a questionable "chicken" burger from Chicken Cottage like a dirty povvo grotbag

Big enough deal that people have been calling the fuzz

We have Lick'n Chick'n around here. I've not been there for years, but it kicked the gooseberry fool out of KFC.

Ken's Fried Chicken used to be the place to go where I lived, with its suspiciously KFC-like logo and branding. Never went there myself, looked unhygienic as strawberry float, and it was unreasonably cheap. Dread to think what people were eating.

Ah, uni days in Bristol
Once after a heavy night drinking at the Coronation Tap, I got separated from my mates and fell down a ditch on the edge of the Downs. I then passed out for a few hours and woke up to a full on police search for me (it was like a week after that young woman was murdered nearby).
Fun times.

Still one of my favourite cities.
