I feel I should add that there is a big cup of tea missing from that photo.

I think I found the most inane bug on GRcade, and one that probably isn't going to be (shouldn't be?) fixed.

GRcade doesn't support Unicode 6.0 or above. This means it supports the skier emoji (⛷) but no characters newer than that.

I found it when I tried to post the nauseated face emoji in the Politics thread.

This is a feature, not a bug.

If it means I never have to see the "Face with tears of joy" emoji on here, losing "nauseated face" is a price I'm willing to pay.

I get confused at the difference between smilies, emotes, emoticon and emoji. As long as our own " " is never harmed, all is well .

Smilies are what we use. Emotes and emoticons are what MSN Messenger et al used to use, back in the day. Emojis are what simpletons use now.

I think they both are emoticons, all msn did was replaced the text version with a picture in most cases so both terms are correct.
