Not sure the outcome was what I wanted.. :/
They can't offer any consolidation loan or 0% card because I'm always in my overdraft each month (I wouldn't have gone if I wasn't!).
She said they can't reverse the overdraft charges that have taken me
over my overdraft limit yesterday.
I was given a pamphlet and a card for a debt advise company to ring "They help people like you.. in your situation".
They open Monday so I'll give them a call. Apparently they can make card companies freeze interest and banks from applying charges. Then they negotiate with them on my behalf to work out payment plans.
Probably my best bet to get out of this scenario.
It was funny though, she took my income, deducted the outgoings then said:
"Well, you have approximately £80 disposable income each month, so you should be fine each month, in theory."
"Yeah but then you apply a £95 charge each month for going so far into my overdraft"

I would look at calling companies to arrange plans yourself as well, there are charities and companies that will sort plans for you but they look worse on your credit file that something you arrange.
If you arrange it then it becomes a "arrnaagenrnt to pay" which doesn't show as anything on you file it just shows you payment amounts have changed, if they do it it can be different and show as a plan which shows for longer.
Most credit card companies can sort it all over the phone I did it for mine I had a year on a plan with Barclaycard where I have very very low interest applied and made a set payment and over 12 months I wiped a huge amount of the balance that wouldn't have been possible whilst also paying less a month doing it.
If you have any loans etc do the same.
My plan of attack would be this:
1. Sort that spreadsheet as it gives you visibility of everything and use it day to day to keep pretty much real time tracking of how each purchase impacts you over time
2. Look at stuff you can just cancel, TV packages etc are generally pointless when most of what's on TV is available for free using iPlayer, itv hub and Freeview that is built in to 99.9% of TVs
3. Now you have a list of all your expenses call you most expensive per month creditor explain the situation and sort a plan and then update your spreadsheet
4. Repeat with each creditors reducing your monthly outgoings and giving yourself more breathing space
It is a slow process but it will massively help and in time all will start to come good again.
