This was about 4pm ish, so it's possible he had 'just the one' at lunch and it tipped him over the limit by accident. If he comes back Gallachered then it's really bad, especially with thawing snow and potential black ice about. Very lucky the young girl appears to be generally okay.

Isn't the last show in a few weeks supposed to be in America? Can you go to the US with a DUI?

Not that there's someone dead with their arse destroyed floating in his swimming pool but this is beginning to head into the same territory of other disgraced Saturday night entertainers that were once huge and then fell off the wagon for one reason or another.

thats a bad excuse - he's loaded, if he wants to drink on a Sun lunch he can get a taxi or a chaffeur or something, its not like he needs to scrimp and save.

Maybe it's a pimped out John Cooper Works edition - you'd still be looking at £30-£50,000. They're the perfect car for London, which is why you see so many of them about.
