I pay £20/month and get Unlimited Texts/Data (Only 30GB of Tethering though) and 200 minutes on Three.
Used to be £13/month but they put it up, bastards.

It's official: Sainsbury's is now more expensive than Waitrose.

I wanted to ask this a while back but got distracted, but from your posts on here you appear to have a really big interest in supermarket food prices, more than what I would expect from the average person. Do you work in the Industry?

Can a mod deal with this spam bot please?

Just the meanest.

Hmm, I get 8GB@£13p/m sim-only with Three but it doesn't show me the 30GB option

Sort of, I suppose; market researcher and freelance writer. I really enjoy the variation, and the ability to pretty much be in full control of what I want to do, when I want to do it. Market research can be anything from low level stuff such as surveys all the way up to secret shopping, branding, product testing, giving your opinion on...everything, really. Sometimes I can earn £100 for half hour's work. Freelance writing meanwhile consists of writing for whoever needs work doing that given day or week. Gambling websites, estate agents, BBC, Huffington Post, Daily Mail, supermarkets, porn websites...a lot of things aren't written in-house any more. Last thing I wrote was for one of the big gambling websites. They wanted me to do their slot game descriptions. Filling in the product descriptions for supermarkets is also very common. Last thing I did for the BBC was giving my opinion on the continuity announcer for BBC1. Various people had been recorded and I and others had to listen to them all. So naturally a few weeks later a load of viewers complained that his pronunciation of words sounds off or dumbed down.

It’s on their homepage as opposed to the upgrade section for existing customers. My sim-only deal had expired in November and was just running month to month so maybe that’s why I could switch immediately. Offer’s open till the 20th though so just give them a ring, worst they can say is no and if you kick up a stink they’d probably let you have it.

Always-on? Does that mean unlimited?

The speed is reduced between 8am and midnight when you go over 9GB, but you never run out of data.

Cheers-I’m on 5gb for £10 and keep going over and having to bump it up by 2gb which costs another tenner. This will be a lot better :P

So follow the rule of never using a network that is virtual and so run over someone else's as you are always going to be deprioratised.

I also stuck with EE they cost more but their service is by far the best I've used and when I've done speed tests with friends on other networks it is considerably faster so I figure worth the extra.

We use EE for our work phones and the signal is shite where I live.

Had an email yesterday from EE about the price increase (4.1%) on my partner's contract. But she always has signal where I've found my contract with Three the signal has been a bit off the last couple of months (might be the phone) it seems to constantly switch from H to H+ to 4G.

My house wobbled about a bit! I was apparently quite close to the epicentre.
