Do tickets on resale sites typically go down nearer the event? I want to get tickets for deadmau5 at Printworks in a months time but it sold out instantly and tickets went up straight away on Stubhub etc for £100. I've been keeping an eye on them recently and today I can get one for £72. Still significantly more than the £25 sale price, but I'm wondering if I should just hold out a bit longer as they'll want to clear their stock nearer the date?

Also, I strawberry floating hate ticket touts, absolute scum.

I'm not sure on whether they'll come down in price any more as I never buy from touts, but just wanted to echo the hatred of them. Ticket sales are an absolute racket these days, with the ticket sites reserving some for the resale sites. As much of a hassle as it would be, I think all tickets should have a name or photo on them and you need ID to use them. I've been burnt by tickets selling out in two minutes and up for resale immediately too many times.

I'd hold out. Is there a Fb page for the event? Check there too and places like gumtree closer to the time.

Normally I've found the tickets shoot up immediately after then steadily fall to a certain point.

That’s what I figured. Nice one, will check fb and gumtree. Nearly got one at face value from the subreddit but missed it by a day.

Keep an eye on Twitter and Twickets too. If all else fails, just head to the venue on the night and wait for the scumbag tours to get desperate, or hope that someone genuine is flogging a ticket for face. :slol:

Has anyone ever met someone who self describes as crazy that isn't boring/not crazy in the slightest? Generally middle age women.

Wee mental Jimmy with the slash marks never describes himself as crazy.

I strawberry floating hate selling on eBay.

I've had Finn's Ghostbuster pack listed for two hours, starting bid is £40 and already had this Thundercunt get in touch:

What do these people expect?

"Oh! Someone is offering the absolute minimum price! Quick! Accept!! Accceeeeeept!"

(Link to the pack if anyone is interested:

eBay gives a small insight into the cretinous general public that retail outlets no doubt have to deal with on a daily basis. The type of people that can’t even layout their address properly.

My newest strategy is to just ban/block people who make stupid offers over DM.

I have a banana split sack who opened a dispute saying the time hasn't arrived despite tracking clearly showing it was delivered to their address.

It's been open 3 weeks now and they haven't replied after I said the tracking shows it delivered so it was a blatant bullshit move trying to scam me out if a refund.

My pals actually have a day off together and we wanna do something proper rather than bumble round a shopping centre then going to the pub. But since it’s half term and everywhere’s full of kids were stuck. What the strawberry float do people do anymore? I’m not used to having time off so I don’t know. We have a student so needs to be fairly budget and a vegan so flexible eating. We have a car and everyone’s working Monday morning except me (pure shite) so no drinking.

Ideas? We’re gunna end up at the strawberry floating garden centre shopping for cacti and locally sourced cheese otherwise.

EDIT: Or Soar Intu if you’re feeling flush, go snowboarding like.

Go for a walk in the countryside. And a meal afterwards.

Go early doors. Country walks require a level of exercise nobody wants to do. Also happy birthday.

Technically I could be full of kids but I don’t want that either.
