Pedal is right, the biscuit it total crap on the them and the jam is just gooseberry fool. Jam is nice but that gooseberry fool in a Dodgers is just rank.

I have to agree. Don't get me wrong I'd never not eat them (I mean seriously, who the strawberry float doesn't like jam?) but they are a poor man's jam sandwich cream.

Jammy Dodgers were the bee's knees when I were a lad - because the usual choice was bourbons or custard creams, or those weird party rings with the hard icing on them, so they felt extra special on account of their infrequent appearance.

On balance, they're not that good really, the jam/biscuit ratio is all off (too stingy on the "jam"), so I'd rather have a Jaffa Cake instead.

Jammie Dodgers are full on gooseberry fool. Horrible biscuit + awful "jam" = a disaster akin to 9/11.

For something considered a "special occasion" biscuit I always found them hugely underwhelming. "Hey everyone it's a birthday party so here's some dry tasteless biscuits that are worse than the stuff you get normally!"
