We paid around £150 for 5 weeks cover cuz Anung depression. Pure shite.

Heard mental health issues were bad for it too. Glad I never mentioned it to my doctor now, physical conditions racked it high enough.

Most travel insurers just don’t cover for mental health issues - I’m kinda surprised you were able to find one who did. Also, £150 for two people for five weeks in Asia isn’t too bad. I’ve seen £1500 policies for people spending three weeks over there.

I think I’ve been spoiled by my £9 for a long weekend in Europe cover too long.

Really?! They must have been on death's door, I've never found Asia particularly horrific for it.

Think my three week stint there was about £20, but I get a massive staff discount.

It didn't even occur to me to get insurance last time I went abroad, earlier this year. Probably saved enough for two beers
