Imitation Twix is usually as good as real Twix. Unlike, say, Bounty...as anyone who has tried the Quality Street version will attest.

My sister won a year's supply of Twix and I pretty much had one a day for lunch this was at school I did go off them. But they are back to being good.

You never see an old man eating a twix.
I've never understood why they're for sale along such superior foods such as mars bars, double decker, flake etc. To me twix is a biscuit, it doesn't belong with the chocolates.

Press release about my novel was issued today, to coincide with the Frankfurt Book Fair. I can't think of conferences in Frankfurt without associating it with Peep Show. Annoyingly, all my actual friends have their whole conceptions of book launches shaped by Mark's generous supply of free peanuts at the launch of Business Secrets of the Pharaohs.
Basically, it's all a bit real and I'm a little scared.

EDIT: Twix is a mid range chocolate bar, nothing wrong with it but it can't mix it with the big boys.
Boost, Kit Kat Chunky or the classic Double Decker are my go to bars at the moment.
