Does Channel 5 work with a SCART lead plugged into an HDMI socket?

What kind of cheapskate only pays £89 for a vital component like a hdmi cable?
Are you sure it's platinum plated with unobtanium core?

Thanks Karl.

Could I get Channel 4 as well or would that require a £109 SCART lead?

I could be wrong, but I think you need S-Video for Channel 4.

Does it come with the BBC pre-installed, or is that additional DLC?

Pre installed, you can access it and watch it, but you are expected to pay a subscription.

If I want to watch the BBC does the pole have to be tilted to the left or right?

I have heard arguments for both being preferable. Some of the arguments I've seen have a tendency to not be backed up by much fact so it is hard to call it really.
