I'll be picking up Pikmin 2 eventually as I never finished the singleplayer fully, although I put tons of hours into multiplayer. Probably nab it during the summer, or whenever I see it just below £20.

It's brilliant, according to a colleague. And I quote: "best game of its type since God of War". Haven't played it meself yet, so I can't ratify that, but there you go. Utterly brutal though, apparantly.

I've heard good things about this, too. "Surprisingly great", "really enjoyed it", "not nearly as bad as I'd feared" are the sort of quotes I'm getting. Might be a case of lowered expectation leading to surprise praise, but at the very least it seems solidly enjoyable, with a well put-together combat system. Oh, and lots of gore, I think, unless I misheard.
