That's a truely horrible situation you have yourself in there, jigger. Been through it several times with my boxer dogs over the years and it's agony. :( Hope it sorts itself out either way m'man.

Cheers Ian, I appreciate that, I had a real shitty night with him, he was crying, then he almost fell down the stairs whilst going up, when my dad got up for work at 2.30 I managed to convince him that its in his best interests if we put him to sleep as he is so clearly suffering now. He agreed and we will be doing it today.

I'm so jelous. I've not been skiing in about 8 years and I crave the mountains :( When you've been once you just want to go back

Alas, I know no one who can ski.

I've had an obscenely eventful week which I'm not going into now, but it's safe to say I'm tired and completely all over the place. My body (specifically my calves and shoulders) is physically shattered - owing to a brilliant Electric Six gig last night combined with unnecessary amounts of walking afterwards. Mentally I seem to have about seven different contrasting emotions or feelings all trying to be heard at once and I doesn't know what is going on. Part of my mind is very happy, another part is very depressed, there is quite a bit of relief in there too. And anxiety. There's a lot of hatred as well. And other gooseberry fool. I think I just want to sleep in a cave away from everything for like a month.

My Norwegian housemate and hot neighbour are off skiing to Austria later. I'm quite jealous.

It's the office Christmas Party tonight. We're going to a comedy club for much alcohol and laughter. Tomorrow will be a total write-off.

An ok week overall, but yesterday was altogether. Bad news coupled with life stresses made it a real pain. The rest of the week, ok though.

Not bad. I have to go get some Christmas presents today and I'm clueless. Completely clueless. It's for my step mum (who I dislike) and my dad, so I don't think gift vouchers or some gooseberry fool like that would suffice. It's bad enough admitting I'm skint, because they just see it as another reason why I shouldn't have gone to uni. :fp:

Still got my own 'fit girl' on my mind but I'm trying to shove that to one side because I'm only causing problems for myself when there really aren't any. Not when I take things for what they are, and things are fine as far as I can objectively tell.

Trafford Centre beckons, then! I'll probably end up spending half the time outside Starbucks mulling things over with a gingerbread latte.

5.20pm, that is the time my dog goes for his injection, I am taking him down with my mum as my dad cant get time off work, I am really not looking forwards to this, I have accepted that he is going to die, but its just the moment where he actually dies that will haunt me for a while.

My grandad has a boxer dog called sam which he had to put down, he was the only dog that never tried to kill me. :( Im sorry for you and your dog jigg, they do really become part of your life dont they. My thoughts are with you, your mum and you dog.
