Right may as well go and join this for the first time, need to actually curb my spending and while £400 is quite a lot I think with my wage and mainly looking at just getting bargains I should be fine. If I want to add more I can do but can't see me spending any more.

Code: Select all

JChalmers = £400 (Spent £0) Balance = £400

White Rabbit wrote:I'll take part. I'll have to get back to you about what budget I'll be setting for myself, though, as my previous budget clearly wasn't practical.

Edit: Trying to think what budget might be realistic. I won't be buying any new hardware next year and have plenty of games to last me right until the autumn, however there's a fair few big new releases I'm excited about so I'll likely buy those...oh I don't know, I'll say £750 for now but I may change this amount in the first week, if that's okay.

Further to this, I'm going to set my budget to £500.

White Rabbit = £500 (Spent £0) Balance = £500

Code: Select all

White Rabbit = £500 (Spent £0) Balance = £500

Wii U and although I'm not very excited by Vita if Killzone comes out then I'll get one this year so it could be expensive. Even more so if Nextbox has a shock Xmas 2012 release

So £1750 budget for me, although I've already spent some of it...........

Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 £200
Rise Of Nightmares £10
The King Of Fighters XIII £15
Dodonpachi R £10
Xbox Live Points £17.50
Need For Speed The Run Wii (Don't Ask) £15
Dead Rising 2 Off The Record £12

not going well already :fp:

Yeah, with the exception of Resident Evil Revelations, there's nothing else I want until around March.

Geez Rik, only 13 days into 2012 and you've already spent £300+ Updated the list - seem not many people are taking part. Special thanks to those who has been using Code tag, it makes things faster and smoother. Those who haven't used it, please try using it :)

And like Rubix / PJ, there aren't many games I'd purchasing this month either. I'm still playing Star Wars The Old Republic, I'll want to re-play Knights of The Old Republic and I have Mario Kart 7 & Super Mario 3D Land to finish. I also have Rayman Origins, The Witcher, Zelda: Skyward Sword, Deus Ex 3 and few others to play through so I don't need to buy anything :P I do plan to get wired 360 pad tomorrow, but I'll be using my giftcard.

I got an itch to do that too - Anyone know if there's any decent mods/packs out for the PC version?
