That's a few more votes for Labour. And if they can convince their grandparents then that's a few more.

Conservatives are being way too presumptuous. Their manifesto is absolutely dogshit and even idiots are starting to notice.

Fair play to Corbyn, this has been an excellent week for him.

Just imagine if Corbyn had gone onto the ITV debate and attacked May unopposed.

Exactly, what I've been saying for weeks, I don't understand why he didn't go on there. He would have had pretty much free reign. I don't he would have lost any votes only potentially gained some more. Most people currently thinking of voting labour aren't going to change their minds, it's the undecided that he's got to attract.

I wish I could feel unreservedly happy about this Labour/Corbyn surge, but even if it did go all the way we would still end up with Brexit.

Why can't everyone just be a progressive centrist .

There's still plenty of muppets on my Facebook feed saying things like "not voting they are all the same" or "not bothering my vote won't matter".

Yes that's right, May and Corbyn are pretty much identical in every way.

If that happened, the others would have attacked him all night instead of May.

In any case TV debates are mostly only good for memes.

I can't see that Labour or even a Lab/Lib coalition is going to win this. The polls might get tighter but I'm in little doubt that May will remain Prime Minister.

I am hopeful though that the majority will be a lot less than she hopes for and has been predicted. I still think she'll win comfortably but just not as devastatingly as she'd hoped.

It'd be great (unlikely but great) if she ended up pretty much where she already was. "Oh well done Theresa, you have an extra 3 MPs!". ;)

I too want Corbyn to stay on after he loses but can claim they've built a foundation to develop upon after turning 100 extra Tory seats into just 3 extra seats.

Lots of Labour people sharing the Green/McDonnell spat. Funny, as it actually won't play well for them with less tribal voters, methinks. The kindly old man sham is shown up for what it is, and McDonnell looks economically illiterate.

gooseberry fool, please May, stop being so strawberry floating useless. I mean, attacking your own voter base? All but declaring war on the middle-class? An uncosted manifesto? Have they got a Labour mole working in Tory HQ or something? If she carries on at this rate for the rest of the campaign Labour will win. That wouldn't be fair. The Tories created the car crash that is Brexit. They need to be behind the wheel when it hits or else they will squirm out of taking responsibility. (Not that they haven't been trying to do that already, what with dithering about for nine months and then calling an election just when they are supposed to start talks. Seriously, just get on with it, the procrastination is getting silly.)

Ideally Labour avoid a wipe out and the Cons win, albeit with with far less than they anticipated. Then Labour win in a landslide in 2022 after Brexit and continued austerity destroy May's popularity (assuming she is not forced to resign by then).

Labour are being successfully repositioned as a protest party in the eyes of voters like this one.

What a thick strawberry floating banana split this man is. Registering to vote should come with an exam to make sure you're not completely brain-dead like this absolute moron.

Well, as May says, it seems the choice for voters could not be more clear:

A) Labour with a fully costed manifesto, pledged to not raise taxes for the lowest earning 90%, investing in education and health and negotiating Brexit with the help of a competent minister like Keir Starmer in a spirit of goodwill.

B) Uncosted Conservative manifesto coupled with complete refusal to spell out tax plan, committed to raiding the estates of the middle-classes to avoid raising taxes on the rich, withdrawing free school lunches whilst funnelling education money away from the majority of pupils to fund a well tutored few in grammars, continuing the NHS crisis and putting fantasists like David Davis in charge of Brexit whilst sowing hostility between us and our biggest trading partners.

So hard to choose...
