EDIT - Done. Just shy of five hours, so a nice quick completion. :-)

I'd suggest you stop playing rubbish and get Doom it's great. Reasonably quick as well.

I've had a physical copy of Doom for about a year. :fp:

All the collectibles and stuff keep putting me off starting. But yeah, maybe I'll play that next.

Helps I've got lot of games I can play and will add more over time

Also Livelock from GWG ain't bad at all! Really enjoying it, and not too stingy with achievements either.

 genuinely wasn’t aware that there was such a leaderboard but in light of this information I pledge to fight for his second place spot which means so much to me as a reminder of many years grinding shitty games.

:o . That's goood going, BOR - and isn't this your second Platinum in quick succession? Was it GTA V that you claimed this for, too?

Cheers.

It’s my fourth one since I finished GTAV. I got Platinums for Shenmue, Spider-Man and this now.

I've done some hacking of personal data* and it seems that you've now hit forty (40!) Platinum trophies, BOR!?!? You're building up a gaming rep!

* Or, less excitingly, looking on PSN.

I wanted to mark my 2000th trophy milestone with Chaos Millionaire (unlocked by getting 1,000,000 Chaos points) in Just Cause 3, but it inevitably popped too soon. So now it's going to be Son of Medici, which marks the final story mission in the game, possibly followed by a shot at the platinum - the only real roadblock for me here is getting 5 gears on every challenge, of which there are 112. I currently have 10 platinums btw.

Interested to know whether anybody here has the platinum for Just Cause 3 too.

With Spiderman platinum done and dusted, bringing me up to 75 I've focused on Astro Bot and Telltales' Batman S2.

I felt like I've got my gaming mood back. The last few months has been difficult, personally (and still haven't let up, thanks to the bitch of an ex.) and severe insomnia.

Determined to platinum The Last of Us, but it's all multiplayer left and I hated the online aspect.

I'm put off by the bugs and slow loading. Is it really that bad?

The load times are bad, but I've never been one to mind waiting 10-15 seconds. As for bugs, I've not encountered any, though I'd take that over random software errors.

Hopefully 4 is a lot better optimised. Would love a silky smooth 60 with games on this scale in future.

Is anyone able to do the co-op achievement on Conan Exiles with me? It's free to play until the 24th and is a 1 hour completion for anyone looking for a quick boost.

Managed to find a random to do this with using LFG. Recommended gaming if you get time, it really is a quick 1000G.

Got my first completion in months the other day by completing PAC MAN 256. A great game but such a grind to complete! Also satisfying to beat Heatlight’s high score :toot:

Off work sick today so making the most of it by cleaning up the backlog. Finally managed to 100% ShredIt. A pretty lightweight but enjoyable game. The art style and music were impressive. Trying to make some space on the HDD for a huge Halo update but 600mb is not enough  . Still, two completions in a week. What next? :?

Polished off the dlc for Never Alone for another 100% completion. Glad to see the back of this one, it looks nice but the mechanics are shoddy.

Shred It was a lovely little game. Lots of cheeves too. :-)

Noticed that the Ms Pac Man game that isn't in the 3 in 1 pack is discounted to 80p this week. That's a no-brainer for an easy(ish) 1000G.

I bought all of those Namco classics during our GTASC adventures. 80p is ridiculous! I’ve had a scan of the sales list and think I might pick up Turok at £4 and maybe Gears 4. The standard version is £8 something and the Ultimate is £12 but it’s not clear what the difference is. I bought an X last month and I imagine Gears 4 should be something of a showcase for its power.

Speaking of GTASC, I guess we’ll see stuff about next year’s contest shortly. You game? I know you took a bit of a step back in the summer...
