Yeah, they're down. You can still play Crossroads, Conker and Void Storm, and create and all the tutorials and stuff are fine. But anything to do with downloading, challenges or stuff like that is discontinued.

Isn't it a little ridiculous to take the servers down for a game that's not even 2 years old yet?

Yeah, it's a bit rubbish. Supposedly it's not been a successful venture for MS and it took a lot of money to run and moderate. I quite enjoyed it, but it was clear after it went fully free to play that it was close to the end.

Looks like True Trophies scanners are working again and just in time for me getting the Fallout 4 Platinum

No platinum for resident evil 4 confirmed.

I've never understood why only a handful of download only games have platinum trophies. Granted in some simpler games they might be hard to implement but in something like RE4 there really should be one.

Didn't realise some games didn't have platinums, although I'm not really up with the trophy system. You get a platinum for getting all the other trophies, right?

Yeah it's basically getting 100% of non-DLC achievements.

I've not been bothering 100% lot of my PS games. Or in fact, done anything achievement-wise. Hoohum.

I wish Xbox would do something like that, a little mark on your profile to show you've maxed a game out. That and the trophy rarity thing, which I can't believe isn't a feature on XB1 yet.

Didn't the 360 have something like that? I'm sure you used to get a little icon or something if you managed to get all the achievements from a game?

Er, maybe! I think there used to be a 'completed games' section where you could see them all grouped together, but I'm not sure if it's still there. It's been a while since I really explored the 360 dash.

It's still there. I added Saints Row to it the other day 8-)

Oh well at least it's saving me money.

I'll just wait for RE4 to appear in a sale. I've already got the PS3 version and like hell I will pay £16 for it now just like I nabbed the PS3 version for £5 in a xmas sale.

It's very easy to change your region on Xbox One, just go into Settings > System > Language & Location. Change to United States, and it'll ask you to do a reset. That's it, you have access to the US Marketplace.

While you're there, download the other US exclusive freebies too (Voice Commander, Onigiri and Roblox). Then change back to the UK when you're done, all the games will still work after you've changed back to the UK region.

I grabbed roblox on the UK store.

Ah, it must have been added recently. It definitely wasn't on there at launch.

This website is superb. You can view your entire trophy history and gaming collection (across both PS3 and PS4), click on each individual game and view every trophy you collected for each game individually.

But unlike the achievement site, you can't link two different usernames together. Which is weird because Sony doesn't let you rename your PSN account so you'd think track two different usernames as one would make more sense for PlayStation users than Xbox ones
