Haha Peppa Pig was alright. At least it was a straightforward completion.

I'm on an absolute mission this month

Tinykin is cute and fun game! Pretty easy achievements too, though takes some while because of collecting stuff (though nothing like Assassin Creed lol)

If y'all want easy 1K gamescore and you have gamepass, give Beacon Pines a try.

I actually enjoyed it a lot, was up all night playing it...

Any missables? I usually play Game Pass games via streaming, which makes it a pain to look at guides at the same time.

There's few but at same time not really, considering you can jump to specific spots in the story (mainly when making choice)

Cool, I'll give it a whirl after I finish Turnip Boy.

I've just set up RetroAchievements on my phone with RetroArch, so time to start getting achievements for Gameboy Color games

345,000gs... Hoping to hit 350k before October but might be unlikely, still not bad for catch up.

I'll probably slow down next few months but I do want to hit 400k by 2023. 50k over 3 months doesn't sound too hard but I'll see. Having fun anyway (even if some of games I've played are just "ok" if not bad)

Edit: gang beasts can strawberry float off though

Have you done all the Xitilon games Seven? There's a bundle of six of their games on sale this week for £11.71, basically 21,000G for very little effort.

I usually snap up those cheap games on PS and pop the platinum.

But I've stopped now. It just doesn't feel satisfying anymore.

I just got the bundle and damn you weren't joking. Playing through one of their games and I have 3660 GS already.

Why so many GS. I get it's updates but I don't think I've seen any other game that gives so much per title update

Thanks for letting me know about it!

Haha no worries. Xitilon games always have easy achievements and tons of title updates, it's kinda their thing to pander to the achievement community. Most of these games have Windows stacks too so you can get the achievements again if you have a PC that can run them.

That's all of them done.

I feel bit dirty*, won't lie though I did enjoy some of them but when I got to second games I sorta expected more... instead its same game lol. They do run better at least (and did give different levels and I actually have to do Butterfly 2 levels unlike first game for some reason where just loading level then pause gives you achievement. On other hand Smart Moves 2 was lot easier, don't have to finish whole game unlike original)

I'd rather not double dip on PC right now, but it's nice to know I have option of doing that sometime in future. Sitting on 368,772gs at the momen - deffo can reach my goal before end of the year, then!

*moot point when I used cheats in-game for A Bard Tale's Remastered and Resnarked.

Looks like I'll have to give up on The Suicide of Richael Foster, it keeps crashing at same spot so I can't get my last achievement (and watch the ending). What a poorly optimised game -- quite a few other people having same issues.

Booted up Dragon Quest Builders 2 instead. Wanted to treat myself a time-sink game from all these short games I've played past week.

Oh my god I was looking through sales and saw "4k remaster" of game I already played, and I can't play it because I don't own Xbox Series S/X. And it has much easier achievement list

(the game is Crypt of the Serpent Lord. I played through original on Xbox One, and when it wasn't special it passed time... didn't think it'd get 4k remaster lmao)

But yeah, been using sales to buy games to boost my GS (and it was nice time passer. Some cool games, some games I probably won't bother again)

Yeah I might pick up that remaster. Game was pretty average iirc but it's a nice low price.
