It's very easy to change your region on Xbox One, just go into Settings > System > Language & Location. Change to United States, and it'll ask you to do a reset. That's it, you have access to the US Marketplace.

While you're there, download the other US exclusive freebies too (Voice Commander, Onigiri and Roblox). Then change back to the UK when you're done, all the games will still work after you've changed back to the UK region.

Had a late scare with Project Spark when the servers seemed to go down a couple of days early. Thankfully they came back in time for me to finish the rest of the achievements and get to level 50. Just the Weekly challenge one outstanding. Shame.

Thought I would be well clear in GTASC this week but late Project Spark decay has left me a bit close to the drop. 177 points clear with nearly two hours to go and no access to any games. Gonna be close. :dread:

Was about 50 points short. By the time I'd realised I was too late to use a bonus. Downloaded a crappy WP game to try to get some last minute points but I couldn't get a single achievement. Maybe next year.

Sorry to hear that dude :(. Reminds me of my last moments in the competition. I must admit that after eighteen straight months of scrabbling for points that the break is a relief.

Yeah, I've just got back into Dark Souls so the lack of pressure on points is probably a blessing. Daft way to go out though, had loads more in the tank and four unused bonuses.

Played through Wolfenstein the Old Blood and enjoyed getting the achievements. Looked through what I had missed and annoyed myself as all those weird original Wolfenstien 3D pics I was finding in the game can actually be clicked on and played. Not obvious in the game! I though they were Easter Eggs.

Just joined the trueachievements leaderboards, seems pretty crowded around the 80.000 mark :)

Finished dead rising 2 case zero last weekend. I really like the type of achievements it had. It motivates you to do optional but fun things. Looking forward to giving the full game a go!

Nice to see a new face. :)

The Dead Rising games do have really good achievement lists. Well, they did until DR3 came along with its boringness. That reminds me, I really should play Case West. Zero was excellent.

Case West have online achievements, if I remember correctly. Still more easier than the pain in the arse "gold" achievements/trophies in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record though.

Currently playing through Resident Evil 6 on the PS4, with most of the main game trophies unlocked. I can see that getting 150 medals will be a pain in the arse along with completing it on Professional difficulty.

Spent a couple of hours yesterday working on the multiplayer achievements for Perfect Dark Zero. Play 1000 games of each game mode... Who thought that was a good idea? In spite of the silly achievements the game is surprisingly good with some interesting weapons.

Ha, I keep thinking of going back to polish those achievements off. I must be fairly close to some of them, but the lack of a counter makes it impossible to know. That's one of the best features on Xbox One.

Yeah, I love it. Without it I wouldn't have the stamina to stick with trash like Project Spark. Doesn't seem to work with Killer Instinct though.

I guess that's because it was a launch title and they didn't have the time to implement it. It's a strange omission. Don't see why they couldn't patch it in though.

The ticker on the achievements is a great idea - I like the way it jumps up as it refreshes. Many a time I have spent too much time hitting something just to get the hit something a 1000 times achievement.

Oh god I remember those achievements. It doesn't help that the main game isn't enjoyable.

Anyway I've unlocked the platinum for RE6. Wasn't too bad but very grindy.

Now playing through Tales from the Borderlands. Very enjoyable game.
